Slow Yoga for Hormone Balance: a short practice for low-energy days
A freely accessible short yoga practice with me for days when you want gentle movement, a slower pace and permission to adapt.

Before you begin
A gentle 15-minute sequence for low-energy days, with space to move slowly and adapt to how you feel. It is supportive practice, not a treatment for hormonal or menstrual conditions.
Choose a comfortable, quiet place. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness or distress, and seek appropriate guidance if you are unsure whether the practice suits you.
Who it may suit
A gentle practice for meeting the day you are having.
- • Low-energy days when a demanding class would not feel supportive
- • People who prefer a slow, home-based practice
- • Anyone wanting to experience my approach before joining the newsletter or exploring paid support
Practise safely
Listen to your body rather than pushing through.
- • Clear enough space to move and use a stable, non-slip surface
- • Move within a comfortable range and skip any shape that causes pain, dizziness or strain
- • If you are injured, pregnant, recently postpartum, unwell or managing a health condition, seek appropriate guidance before practising
You may experience gentle mobility, warmth, quiet or a greater awareness of how your body feels today. Results vary, and the practice does not promise hormone balance or menstrual-cycle recovery.

Scope
Supportive practice, not medical care.
This practice offers general yoga or breathing guidance. It does not diagnose, treat or promise to resolve hypothalamic amenorrhea, hormonal conditions, fertility concerns or missing periods. Adapt or stop as needed and seek qualified care where appropriate.
