Privacy Policy

Information you share

I collect the details you enter in my forms, such as your name, email address and message, to send requested resources, manage your newsletter subscription, answer enquiries and arrange support.

You receive newsletters with your consent and can unsubscribe anytime using the link in my emails. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you.

Please avoid sending medical records or detailed health histories through website forms. Use my email address instead

Keeping your information

Unsubscribing stops newsletter emails. Some records may be retained to respect your unsubscribe request or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Other rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority, depend on the law that applies.

For privacy questions or requests, email yogawithaudrey64@gmail.com.

I will update this policy when the way I handle your information changes.
