Cookies and local storage

This website uses Ploy's built-in analytics to measure visits and activity, including pages viewed, scrolling, button clicks, outbound links and form interactions. Cookies and browser local storage help distinguish visits and group activity into sessions.

ploy_anon_id cookie: A browser identifier used by Ploy's analytics. It is set with a lifetime of about 365 days.
ploy_anon_id in local storage: A locally stored copy of the browser identifier. Local storage does not expire automatically like a cookie and can remain until it is cleared by you, your browser or the website.
ploy_session in local storage: A session identifier and expiry time used to group activity. The tracker uses a 30-minute inactivity timeout. The stored entry may remain after that session expires.
__cf_bm security cookie: A Cloudflare cookie observed during visits to help protect against automated traffic. Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.

Tracking and your choices

Ploy's native analytics currently starts when a page loads. This website does not currently offer an on-site choice that prevents that tracking or its browser storage before it starts.

No Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel or Google Ads tracking destinations are currently configured for this website.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and clear this website's local storage. Cookies and local storage are separate, so deleting cookies alone may leave the locally stored identifier in place. Storage may be created again on a later visit if your browser allows it.

Clearing stored data does not remove analytics already sent. Blocking cookies alone is not a guarantee that analytics requests stop, and restrictive browser settings may affect website functions.

Newsletter and linked services

The newsletter signup form is part of this website. The website's server sends subscription requests to Beehiiv. It is not an embedded Beehiiv form or tracking widget.

Calendly booking, the two YouTube practices and the Google Drive Yoga Nidra recording open through external links, not embedded players or booking widgets. The First-Step Kit PDF is a file hosted in Ploy's asset storage.

When you follow an external link, the destination website may use its own cookies and storage. Its own privacy information and controls apply there. This page does not describe the cookies those websites may set.
