My journey

Born into a multicultural family with French and Vietnamese roots, my journey into holistic wellness began very early. Growing up between different worlds, I was naturally exposed to various healing traditions and spiritual practices, which shaped my understanding of wellbeing as something deeply integrated : body, mind, energy, and spirit.

After pursuing a conventional career path for several years in Paris, London, Dubai, and Barcelona, I slowly felt pulled back toward the wisdom of ancient practices. What initially started as a personal search for balance during a stressful chapter gradually became a calling to share these transformative tools with others.

My name is Audrey, a wanderlust soul who eventually found her way to India in 2023. I’ve been a dedicated yoga teacher since 2018, trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga. My journey into energy healing began much earlier, at the age of 16, with my first Reiki course. Since then, I have carried the deep belief that we are energetic beings, evolving in a physical, quantum, and profoundly magical world.

Alongside my yoga path, I was living a very different journey, the journey of hormonal self-regulation. Or maybe both journeys were always meant to be connected.

After 19 years on contraceptive pills and later the contraceptive implant, I decided it was time to give my body its freedom back. I stopped everything, ready to welcome a natural cycle again. But it didn’t go as planned.

At first, I thought a bit of delay was normal — hormones simply needed time to readjust. But after six months with no sign of PMS, I started to worry. After one year, I was panicking. I went from doctor to doctor, tried all sorts of remedies, supplements, diets, women circles, therapies… Nothing seemed to work.

During this time, I began a holistic yoga teacher training that focused on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. I became fascinated — and honestly relieved — to discover methods that looked at the root cause of imbalance rather than only the symptoms. This curiosity led me back to India again and again, staying longer after each retreat to study Ayurveda more deeply and eventually complete a Panchakarma (Ayurvedic detox treatment).

And then, after three months of surrendering, traveling, studying, resting, and trusting the process, something shifted. On my journey back to Europe, I got my period again.

It was a magical moment — one I will never forget.

Why I Can Walk This Path With You

That moment changed everything for me. It wasn’t just the return of my cycle — it was the return of a relationship with my body that I had abandoned for so many years without realizing it. I understood, in a very embodied way, how deeply stress, lifestyle, trauma, perfectionism, exercise, and depletion can affect the menstrual cycle. And I also understood something even more important:
healing happens when we create safety inside the body.

My own journey through hypothalamic amenorrhea gave me a perspective no textbook could ever offer. I know the fear, the waiting, the confusion, the endless Googling, the frustration, the tears, the hope that comes and goes. And I also know the softness, patience, nourishment, and nervous-system repair that HA recovery requires.

This lived experience is what guided me to support other women going through the same path. Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork, restorative practices, mindset shifts, and emotional regulation became not only my tools — they became my way of holding women gently as they rebuild trust with their bodies.

Healing HA is not only about getting the period back.
It’s about coming home to yourself.

Over the years

I knew that if I wanted to support women safely and responsibly, I needed strong foundations. My approach is rooted both in personal experience and formal training, and I continue to study every year to deepen my understanding of women’s health, hormones, and holistic healing.
